Changing Your E-Mail Password

The instructions below detail how to change the password used to access your mailbox, located on the IDMI mail server. Unless you use Webmail exclusively to check your mail, you will need to change your password in your e-mail program once you complete the steps below.

 

  1. Navigate to http://webmail.idmi.net and log in using your e-mail address and password.

  1. Click "Settings" located in the orange bar at the top of the screen.

  1. Click "Options" in the menu that appears.

  1. Under “Account Information” enter your current password in the “Old Password” field, and enter the password you would like into both “New Password” fields. Note that all passwords must conform to our password policies. Passwords not conforming to those policies are subject to be changed without notice. The “Full Name” field is optional.
  2. Click the "Save" button.

  1. Verify that the message "Your settings have been saved successfully" has appeared at the top of the page, and then click "Logoff" to exit the Webmail system.
