Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Port Setup in Outlook 2000 for Windows

1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2000.
2. Select Tools -> Accounts from the menu.
3. Click on the "Mail" tab.
4. Double click in the account to be changed.

5. In the window that appears, click the "Advanced" tab.
6. Change the number in the " Outgoing mail (SMTP)" field from 25 to 587.

7. Click "OK" and then click "Close".
