This guide will instruct you on the best steps to submit a support ticket:
After creating an account please make your way to support.idmi.net and select the "Tickets" tab:
From here, select the "Start a Ticket" button:
These fields will need to be filled out to create your ticket.
Once this is done, click the "Submit Ticket" button:
The next screen will give you some information on the ticket you have created:
From here, you can go back to the "Tickets" page and select the ticket you have created:
This page shows the tickets history and from here you can reply to our responses:
In addition to this process, after you have created and registered a support account you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to create tickets instantly.
You can then respond to the emails you receive to continue any tickets that you have.
