First Time Login

This guide is intended to walk you through your first time logging into our Smartermail web portal.

Your first step will be to open up a web browser and navigate to https://email.idmi.net/login.aspx

After doing that you will be greeted by our login page:

On this page, enter your full email address and password.

You can also select the checkbox labelled "Remember me" so that your browser will save your login information.

After this is done, select the Login button.

If this is your first time logging in, our first time login page will be opened next:

Fill these fields with valid information, then select the OK button.

After doing this you will greeted by your Inbox:
