This guide will explain your space limit:
 
Your email account has a space limit. This space limit is shown in multiple places, in the image below these sections are outlined in red:
 
 
 
It is very important to keep an eye on this limit. If it is exceeded, you will not be able to receive messages.
Fortunately, you will be notified when you're nearing the limit. Also, if you are emailed while over limit, the account contacting you will recieve notice that you are over limit.
 
Please keep this in mind, it is very important to manage your space. If you need more, please get in touch with the email administrator for your account and we will be notified.
