This guide will give you a general overview of the new Smartermail Quarantine:
With our upgrade to our quarantine system, you will notice some minor changes.
All of your quarantine messages will now be contained in your Junk Mail folder, this will allow you to much more easily view these messages. This folder will also be visible from third party applications such as Microsoft Outlook. If you login to our web portal it will look like the photo below:
Quarantine reports will still be sent as they were before, and will look like they do below.
They will still allow you to release messages, which will send them to your inbox, and delete messages:
