Clearing Your Browser Cache

Google Chrome:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click the More button indicated by three vertical dots.
  3. Select More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Select Clear data.


Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click the menu button and choose Options.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data.
  4. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
  5. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.


Microsoft Edge:

  1. To view your browsing history, in your Microsoft Edge browser, select Favorites > History .
  2. Select Clear history.
  3. Choose Cached data and files
  4. Select Clear.


Internet Explorer:

  1. Select the Tools button, it looks like a gear
  2. Select Safety
  3. Select ‘Cached images temporary Internet files’
  4. Select Delete.
