Quick Steps to Setup Access to IDMI's Self-Service Portal

1. Click Register in the top right corner of the portal.

2. Fill out and submit the registration form.

3. Confirm your email address via email. (The email you provided during registration)

4. Once your email is verified, you will then be able to log in.

5. After logging in, you can start a live chat, view our knowledge base, and submit or view tickets.
