Verifying Contact Info in OpenSRS

With OpenSRS, our domain name registrar, we require contact information to send important renewal information to our clients.
Occasionally, OpenSRS will send out verification emails to make sure that the account on file is accurate.
When these email accounts have been disabled, or are inaccurate, OpenSRS gives us two weeks to verify a new one.
In this case, we need a new email contact, and to verify the new account you will need to go through the verification process.
  • Firstly, you will receive an email from us, it will look like this:
  • You will need to select the second link, it will take you to this page:
  • The final step will be to hit the Verify Information button indicated by the red arrow.
