Coronovirus COVID-19 Update

The recent outbreak of novel coronavirus (COVID19) has caused a great deal of uncertainty for businesses. Some industries have effectively been suspended by social distancing guidelines. Others have had to alter their services or the way those services are delivered.   

We want you to know that at IDMI.Net, we will largely be operating as usual. Our business plans include continuity of service measures that can be activated as needed, and our senior leadership team is regularly assessing the situation. 

We have policies and equipment in place to allow our employees to work from home; some are already doing so on a voluntary basis. All business travel has been suspended until further notice. Our priority is to maintain the health of our employees and our clients’ websites. 

Work continues on all new and existing projects. Our support channels are open and full staffed, and our operating hours will not be affected by any internal or external measures put in place.
